I have been helping clients transform their lives for over 12 years as a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer using a personal and holistic approach that includes nutrition, fitness and yoga.
As an endurance athlete, I completed many marathons, adventure races and triathlons, including the Ford Ironman. I originally began yoga to help balance these athletic activities. What started from a purely physical motivation grew into a much deeper practice, changing the way I approach my life. A daily practice of asana, meditation and pranayama is now the cornerstone from which all other activity arises. I put a high priority on living a healthy, nutritionally conscious, and balanced life!
Adrian and I recently embarked on an adventure that will have us travelling to some of the most beautiful places in America. I am excited to share yoga videos along the way.

Yoga has new meaning for me – Yoga heals, empowers, balances, focuses and guides: physically, mentally and spiritually. In short, Yoga has become a way of life for me. I live my life helping others cultivate their curiosity of Yoga into their own lifestyle. My passion grows and continues beyond my RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher certification.
My “best friend” introduced me to my first yoga class years ago – She was tired of listening to me complain of my athletic related aches and pains along with my stress of being in the corporate world. After a few (hundred) Chaturangas my mind and body had had an “ahhhh” moment – I was moving without the aches and pain. My stress reduced dramatically. I was balanced, focused…I was happy. That day, Yoga became a passion. Yoga brought light to my true North – to expand my passion for helping others in empowering their own lives. To take someone, like yourself, to the “edge” and allow them to see beyond.
I now have the honor of calling my “best friend” my wife (Kat Rodriguez) – a teacher of Yoga, health and wellness for over 15yrs.
My sessions and classes are designed to give particular emphasis to the fundamentals of postures, anatomy and alignment, as well as cultivating strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, focus and FUN!
