Kundalini Meditation

Have you ever just known something to be true without question or heard the “little voice” in your head reminding you to do something?  These are examples of your intuition.  Can you imagine what life would be like if  you were constantly aware of these types of signals, always privy to expert guidance, knowledge and wisdom?

This Indra Nittri Meditation helps open the intuitive pathways, allowing you to fully experience the consciousness of the infinite.  When in tune with these subtle signals, life begins to move along a bit smoother.  You are able to stay a step ahead of the game, making choices that are in alignment with your best interest.

To begin, sit in an easy cross legged pose (or in a chair with feet touching the floor), close your eyes, and firmly grasp your knees with your hands.  Keep the chest and spine lightly lifted.

Repeat the mantra focusing on the movements of the tongue:

EK ONG KAAR, SAT GUR PARSAAD

SAT GUR PARSAAD, EK ONG KAAR

Pull the naval point in on EK.

Release the Naval Point on KAAR.

Lift the Diaphragm Lock with SAT and GUR.

Release the lock on the sound PARSAAD.

Continue repeating the mantra from 3 to 62 minutes.  As with all Kundalini mantras, you will experience benefits from a single session or you may commit to repeating the mantra over a 40 day period to fully realize and integrate the changes into your being.
